Our own place in the sun had been our dream for a number of years, but never really believing it would come true. However, all this started to change after visiting “A place in the sun” exhibition, and meeting Misa from My Costa Blanca Property.

My wife and I had wanted a holiday home for several years, but thought that the cost of property was beyond our reach. However that changed after the market crashed in 2014. We started to then look seriously about buying in the Torrevieja area. The sale was completed very quickly and we officially owned the apartment less than six weeks later. 

Misha continued to support us after the purchase by finding us a decorator, assisting with furnishing the apartment and fitting air-conditioning. He continues to support us as required.

We are absolutely thrilled with our apartment and have already had many wonderful holidays in Torrevieja and look forward to many more.
